Perfect bedside alarm clock
I wanted a simple easy to use illuminated bedside alarm clock with a conventional analogue face. I had a digital bedside clock but setting the alarm was tricky, so I had a simple alarm clock balanced on top of it with an easy set alarm function. What I needed was a combination of both clocks. So after some searching I came across this. The clever and important feature on this clock is intelligent constant illumination during the night. You don't have to press any buttons to activate this. A sensor automatically turns off the face light when daylight is bright enough. You have the option of turning off this very convenient feature if you wish. I must emphasise that the automatic night time illumination is very gentle on the eyes, a very low level pleasant green, just enough to see the numerals, but not bright enough to be disturbing. I think I'll be keeping this one for a long, long time.
