Rugged & very useful
The extension makes crafting in tight spaces much easier/possible. It also enables the use of normal/smaller length bits in more, narrower spaces than trying to use the whole tool. It is much lighter than holding the entire tool in your hand so working is much less tiring.
This is a genuine Dremel tool, and feels worth the the price.
Free tips : Oil the cable as instructed and don't bend it beyond its design spec and it should work for a long time! It also heats up on the bends a little so letting it cool down occasionally probably hurt either...

my 12volt splitter was not good at all
started to smoke within seconds of plugging 1 product in so it has not been used again. it was so cheap i thought I'd take the risk but personally i would not want another...
