  Quite expensive but good quality well packed. A big problem with UPS who didn't deliver to address provided and dropped goods off a pickup point. also a misleading email from EBay which said they were delivered but actually collected from pickup point.

  Tracking nr is showing that UPS tried to deliver package twice, but delivery address was closed. Because UPS couldn't deliver package, it was remitted in neares UPS access point for buyers collection. This is standard procedure if recipient is not at home while delivery attempt. Also Ebay's tracking info showed on Ebay sute that package is delivered to access point and is waiting for buyers collection, what buyer did. Becasue of above, we don't understand "neutral" opinion for our service.
