    Customer paid and picked, by the number, the item she wanted but realized she made a mistake. She wanted refund when she picked the wrong item. I offer no refunds on my items and it is listed in the listing, no refunds. Her error but my problem? Sorry she is so upset for something she did wrong, not me. Also, buyer did not request combined shipping when other customers have and received it. Again, her error but my fault.
