Soft and unsupportive
Too soft and unsupportive for me . The quality is not as good as i expected and i dont think it will last long

Poor build quality. Very flimsy and plasticy . Disappointed
Much more feeble and plastic and lightweight and flimsy than my old gaggia. I would not recommend this model due to its poor build quality. I do not feel it will last long and wish I had found a secondhand version of my old gaggia

Very basic almost seems to be written for a child or someone from another planet! No good for any in depth information
