Won’t be disappointed
1 of 1 found this helpful Cracking rod for the money. Nearly as good as my Daiwa powermesh for lure work. A third of the price and it wouldn’t fit in my suitcase either. Quite stiff at the tip but does have a through action under pressure. Using mine for bass on surface poppers in Portugal as I write. Fits in my rucksack for dangerous cliff/beach access. I own dozens of high end rods and I may even find a use for this fishing at home. It could be used for carp fishing surface baits, roving for pike or touch legering for barbel on smaller rivers. Really needs a protective rod tube for trips abroad but the rod itself is outstanding, regardless of the low price.
