    Poor buying experience! Boots arrived but the inside of one boot was badly worn through the insoles and footbed of the boot making it unwearable. Seller didn't mention this in description and when I requested a refund, denied responsibility as they are " used". ....I know they are used obviously. Poor buying experience and now have to wait for eBay to intervene because seller behaving unreasonably.

    Buyer left negative feedback before I had chance to sort this out they got a full refund and got to keep the boots this buyer is a very sad person leaving negative feedback and lying in there comments I always look after my buyers I've been selling for 10 years no problems then you get one horrible person causing problems very sad

    This seller DID NOT originally offer a return and refund for the boots which have a hole in the inner sole and said "you can buy an insole....the only cost a couple of £" An insole won't fill a HOLE! The seller later offered a refund but not the postage. Eventually they agreed to the refund and then sent abusive personal messages. At no time did I ask to keep the boots......they are unwearable!! DISINGENUOUS SELLER WITH BAD ATTITUDE. AVOID.
