  Michael is a repeat customer and this time he bought two locomotives. One of them had a mechanical issue, which I did not encounter when I was test running it. He let me know about the issue and I offered a solution. He REFUSED to accept a refund because he really liked the loco and he wants to repair it. If you can find a better customer or a better guy, I would like to meet them.
