The product is generally sound. Cleaning - given its size, very good, but not excellent. Issues - the circular pod means it can get wedged, and does. It hates chairs with curved metal bases rather than legs - it gets stuck and needs to be freed. The magnetic marker strips - mmm the idea is ok but has its flaws. They are easily moved, making them useless on both wood and carpet. Neato has not thought very hard about this. They need to provide double sided tape to fix them to smooth surfaces and adhesive velcro to make them stay put on carpet. Also using N-S aligned strips whilst providing added magnetic strength, also means cheaper magnetic strips are useless and you are forced to buy over priced strips.
Would I buy again - yes but it has issues that Neato could have and should have corrected, its not like its their first model.
