big and bulky but does the job
It takes up a lot of worktop space and 12 litres is a bit too big for day to use for us but is ideal for cooking Sunday roast.
VonShef have more features than other makes (my fat less grill has a thermostat for example)
and I bought this because it has a flip up lid however, the hinge feels a bit weak so I don't know if it will last long.
Used it for roast dinner, burgers, roast vegetables and salmon so far and was OK for all. Not any quicker but didn't have to heat up the main oven so saved on power that way.
A bit awkward to clean the lid but other parts wash easily.
Handy to have and I expect I will use it more as I get familiar with its capabilities and when I get a recipe book. Rate it 7/10 overall.

Seems to work for me
Have been using Oatwell for about six months together with plant stanol yoghurt drinks but stayed with my generally healthy diet otherwise and in that time my cholesterol has gone from 6.3 to 5.7.
Although the Oatwell doesn't have much flavour I find it is noticeable and use it mainly in smoothies. If you add it to porridge or savoury dishes like chilli, soups or casseroles it has a thickening effect so you will need to add more fluid. I've not tried adding it to any other dishes so I can't comment on how it affects them.

Lovely little container
Perfect for re-potting a small orchid. Looks very nice in the window sill with it's big brother.
