  The seller sold me a lower quality 14 year old, used item that had broken parts and listed it as NEW, No Box. I tried to work with him and he issued a partial refund for parts but it had too many damaged electrical parts so that it could not be repaired. I requested a return and refund and it was denied. The seller didn't accept returns and eBay closed the request with no action from eBay. So much for their assurance plan. I'm out $415.00. Don't take his word that your item is a NEW item.
