    seller said " the unit has been checked before dispatch" but arrived as from factory with original seals. Not true, item returned, then seller docked me 33% or there abouts, for absolutely no reason. item returned with everything that came with it, in original packing the whole 9 yards. not happy wont be using again. Ever

    A brand-new Item was sent to customer, no issue of fault with the device customer was unabel to set item up, I called the customer to help out with setting up the item, customer was very very rude over the phone, used item was sent back. I was only following Ebay policy by deducting % since I can't resell the item again.
