  Item received in good condition given its size and the issue with the masts. loose bits could have been restrained better in a box with some tape but broke loose and scattered about. On the whole it was received with minor issues. Delivery was delayed by several days but no notice given of delay. Parcel Force express (24 hours) took until Thursday when it was going to be dispatched on the Monday, communications lacking.
