Cant recommend this book enough!
Excellent book helped me greatly! I came from a narcissistic, codependent, dysfunctional family, and this book made me understand all my feelings resulting from being raised in this type of environment.
Family members played me against my fear of abandonment, rejection, fear etc, but now i understand all this i have healed from my fear and now focus on myself and my own family, without fear of cutting out the toxic manipulators in my life.
Cant recommend this book enough!
