  Great communication and help with some specifications as this was my first with this brands hydraulic brakes. Only issue was packaging was not protective enough for such an expensive item however it arrived safe and sound, as they are outdoor hardware they will experience shocks, scrapes etc. But packaging would have been better in a box for delivery. Otherwise a great and smooth transaction, pleasure working with you!
