  The Fitbit Versa 3 smartwatch I received was in perfect condition was a good price and arrived very fast. Not a problem with the product or the delivery! Only issue I had was I didn’t order the item my son did without my permission, within hours of finding out I contacted the seller to see if I could cancel but didn’t receive any reply & then noticed the item had been posted & the seller had a no return policy. I expected at least a reply!

  I didn't see the emails until days afterward as I am not a big user of eBay. By the time I had seen them I had received several abusive emails from the buyer. I had done nothing wrong except hadn't replied. As the gentleman said, the item was perfect which is what matters and it was received within 2 days. If he hadn't have been abusive I would have sorted a return but as he had flew of the handle I simply ignored. I am in my right to offer no returns as most private sellers on eBay do.
