DigiTech RP1000 Multi-Effects Guitar Effect Pedal

Great value for money
I have owned two of these. One when they were released and purchased a second one recently. An excellent effects unit for the money and very versatile. I like that you can put your amplifier pre-amp in a loop to ensure the correct chain on the effects and also you can dis-engage the amplifier simulator it is a good feature if you have a problem like a blown tube at a gig and you need to put it through the PA quickly. I know this might sound surprising but the noise gate is great and so is the ability to link it up to your PC or MAC to back-up or program your pre-sets. It is a pity Digitech never issued driver updates as it doesn't work in any sequencers in Windows 10 - the ASIO function doesn't work - the X-Edit program works fine though! Personally I have a half decent sound card so its no issue as I just plug it in the sound card using XLR inputs. All-in-all a great effects unit for the money and full of good versatile effects and tones.

Very expensive for what they accomplish but a requirement for a few digitech products including my RP1000
