Doesn’t fit the car, looks nothing like photo

Checked twice if it would fit. Was Assured it would. It arrived & looked nothing like the photo advertised. Checked again. Told it would. Took car to Kia they said it was a part for a completely different car. My car is in bits in the garage waiting for another one to arrive from a proper garage, was told it will take a week to arrive. I can’t get to work now. Furious.
