  Unfortunately seller cancelled the completed sale, via auction Sunday evening, 8:30 Monday morning stating he thinks heritage will insist he refits. This should have been checked before listing and certainly would have anticipated confirming before cancelling the transaction (clearly an insufficient time frame for this to have occurred). Made several offers leading up to the end of the bidding all ignored only correspondence was a refund and a message I've summarised. Shame lot of time wasted

  Sorry to hear that you wasted so much time - two offers well below the start price and a final winning bid hardly amounts to several offers and a lot of time wasted! If you had come and viewed this flooring I could quite understand that you had wasted a lot of time! Sorry but the meeting with conservation was after you put in your offers and cancelling the posting had quite slipped my mind.
