  Watch arrived not working.Tried everything to get it to run unsuccessfully. Seller was not willing to accept that this was the case. Promptly returned the watch."He said he didn't believe a word I said" which equates to calling me a liar which I resent. It arrived back.(working he says) He calls it a classic case of "Remorse" buying. I think my buyers feedback history will refute that allegation. I call it a case of "Not receiving the goods as described"BEWARE If buying goods from this seller.

  The watch was working perfectly when posted and was still working perfectly when it was returned by this buyer. The date had been altered to a future date outside the range when he had possession. He states he 'tried everything' to get it to work, I have no idea what 'everything' means. The watch continues to work perfectly. A classic case of buyer remorse exploiting a loophole in the terms and conditions of eBay to get out of his contract. Sharp practise.
