Great book
Easy to read really helpful to start to understand PTSD it’s causes and treatment. I really liked the section do no harm, which gives you in-depth details on what not to do. Cannot recommend enough. My supervisor has been advising me to get this for a while now. So glad I did.

Good read
Only got the book yesterday but I noticed straight away that is is an easy read book. Covers all different approaches and gives a thorough understanding of addiction counselling.
