If you have the relevant speakers, these stands are the only ones worth getting.
Was toying over these for a long time due to the price. Glad I finally opted fro them, the height, stability and finish of these stands is just perfect.
I am using these to create surround side spots, and next to the couch they look great. They are heavy enough on their own that they don't wobble when walking past them.

I am fairly competent at DIY and nearly got caught out.
This is your typical chipboard IKEA style furniture. Its wee designed in that long drawers have a bottom brace and the back panel has the nailing points marked to prevent you go to far in one direction and coming through.
Nearly came unstuck as middle door has different hinges from the others. I had rushed this stage and missed that small significant detail.
I managed to assemble on my own in about 2 hours. It looks good.
Doors have flex and needed a little coaxing to sit straight as they had a slight bow to them.

Used for atmos. Suitable for a lot more.
These are beautifully built cabinets. The ability to switch phase between the tweeter and driver allows direction of audio to be changed. This makes these speakers ideal for surround backs where you sit close to the back wall. Switch to down and they can fire the sound down the wall making up for lack of space. For all other purposes leave them on up.
I have these above my projector screen near the ceiling as height channels (Use a 120hz cross over to remove the bass end). The sound blends perfectly and I am unaware the speakers are even there until I switch to a sound mode that excludes them.
The big difference they make actually affects the surround channels more than the front. Sounds moving around you don't jump from speaker to speaker anymore and I am totally oblivious to my rear speakers placement.
The only negative point is the binding terminals on these are spring with a small hole. I would not recommend going above 1.5mm or 16awg. I use 2.5mm or 14awg and had to trim half of the core to have a chance of it fitting.
The walnut adds a nice elegance to the design in my opinion. I would use these for all my surrounds if I had walls in the correct place. I feel I am under-using these as Atmos height speakers, but they handle the job perfectly.
