  Sent quickly, arrived in good time, although a little bit off from the description. Description said Labo 01 and labo 04, however 01 and 03 were sent and having looked back at the posting that was what was in the picture but not im the description. Not a huge issue so still positive feedback but just more of an LFE for the seller to ensure all items listed are more accurately listed. Thanks.

  I've mixed feelings about this transaction, so have left neutral rather than negative feedback. The seller stated Royal Mail delivery but sent it via Yodel, who are the 2nd worse courier in the UK after Hermes (now Evri). It was "free p+p" but we all know that's incorporated into the higher item price. Instead of a padded envelope, they triple wrapped it in bubble wrap & surrounded it in a thick piece of cardboard that meant it was too big to fit in my mailbox & was left outside for anyone else.

  Hi, I'm sorry that you feel that way! I thought I would send it tracked and a parcel raver than a padded envelope that could easily get damaged in the post, this is why I bubble wrapped it and then covered it in cardboard to make sure it got to you undamaged? And in the same condition as I sent it. As for it getting stolen from your doorstep I'm sure I'm not the only person who has sent you a parcel and I can't be held responsible if you live in a bad crime area.

  I find your reply patronising & ignorant. Your packaging for a DVD game was excessive & abnormal & the parcel was left outside my apartment block - not my doorstep. I live in the REALl World (Not Disneyland) & there are oportunist thieves & dishonest people everywhere sadly...Even in Utopia where you apparently reside. Due to your over the top packaging, it didn't fit through a normal sized letterbox (which is absord for a game) & was left vulnerable to theft by a different courier than stated!!
