    The pliers he sent are fantastic pliers but not the one I ordered. I contacted the seller and he immediately responded with an appolgy for the mix up and sent me a refund saying I could keep the one he sent. I replied that a refund was not needed since I would use what he sent, but I want him to let me know if he gets the one I want back in stock. Great seller, fantastic quallity tools and quick response and service. I will be buying from this seller again.
