  Everything was fine except that the carry case as listed in the description. I was expecting an actual hard case not a bag however the headphones worked fine when tested so this is not a major issue with the purchase. Shipping time was very acceptable and delivered as expected by UPS.

  Hard carrying case is included with the PRO editions only. With the standard Shokz, which these are, they only come with a carrying bag that's how it's sold retail..
