Easy to use, stunning result!
Having read the reviews, I chose this varnish for my newly sanded and stained antique pine floorboards. I went for GLOSS as I wanted a high shine rather than a natural shine, which I find a bit dull. I found it very easy to use, glides on easily, best to use the kind of paint brush you would use for gloss paint. It is touch dry very quickly. After three coats there is a beautiful high shine, and it really brings out the colour. My dining room looks really smart and stylish now, it looks like an expensive floor. I could not be more pleased. It does give off a bit of a chemical odour, so definitely keep the windows wide open while applying and drying!

Strong stuff, works well!
5 of 6 found this helpful This is strong stuff - you need to bear in mind it will pull off fine hairs, so it can be painful, I would not use it over the beard area! Best used on forehead and nose only. Dont spread it too thin though, otherwise it won't come off in one piece and is more difficult to remove, so put it on fairly generously. But it works very well, I let mine dry for about 20 mins, and it peeled off in one piece, and pulled out all my blackheads and some dry skin too. I was very pleased as I haven't been able to get rid of these blackheads any other way!
