A wide collection
There are only three 'mainstream' eternal champion stories in this collection. However if you enjoy Michael Moorcock's works then try the rest. Only a couple of the roughly thirty short(ish) stories are not particularly amusing or satisfying.
They are grouped to illustrate that MM has thoughts and jokes about all aspects of fantasy/science fiction: and like Frank Herbert he doesn't depend on Technology for any of the latter style of story to succeed at being entertaining.
Yes I would have liked there to be more to the eponymous first story, I have always enjoyed the eternal Champion series even if there is little complicated about any of the plots (though isn't that one of the main planks of these stories anyway?). However, it is still an addition to the whole multi-tale and a fair one. As a hero Aubec is much simpler than Elric or Corum. Still enjoyable though.

A game worthy of the books!
I am a Tolkien nerd. So of a product is good, I tend to love it. And if it has a flaw, I will be quite harsh. Its good btw.
This game has both players choosing their own path to victory... which makes it important you work out what the other player is up to, while still progressing with your own: you cant just win by denying the other player their aims either. This creates tension all the time. Leave 3 hours to play it; and as many to learn it for the first time. I cant see many children coping with this without support.
Astonishing game.
