A quality product
This item is a replacement for a (new) thermostat in my classic car which failed in a short time. Wahler parts are made in Germany and are stamped as such. This is a strong guarantee for an important part. I believe that Wahler is an OEM for many German (and other) car makers so.....

A handy gadget to put in the glove box
1 of 1 found this helpful This is a replacement for an old unit (from a different manufacturer) that failed recently. It's higher capacity than the one I had and although I've not yet needed to use it it certainly gives the impression of a well built and solid piece of kit. Not the cheapest on the market (or the most expensive) but Ring are a well known brand in several areas of electrical equipment and I work on the the basis that 'you get what you pay for'. These units are rather like fire extinguishers. Not very exciting but very useful when you need them.

A good tool at a very competitive price.
This is a replacement for an old version that has given many years service, (mainly to shrink cable sleeving in automotive applications). The lighter works just as expected and although of somewhat less robust construction (plastic rather than metal) for the price it is a bargain. Gas filling is easy and it also has the advantage of an adjustable flame which makes use 'safer' in some situations.
