    She has arrived in beautiful condition externally! She was wrapped very well. I don’t have the voltage converter yet to check how she sews myself just yet but the piece of leather which was sewn with her is still under presser foot with lovely stitches. The box she came in was taped very well on the outside. I suggest for future shipping that the black box also be wrapped with a plastic garbage bag and taped for water protection. worth every penny to me and was as described and picture.

    excellent service, communication and very happy with the product. the sewing machine was posted to Australia and wrapped very well. As the seller predicted the parcel was tossed about and did not arrive the correct way up despite plenty of fragile signs and this way up! the seller wrapped it so well here was no damage at all. could not be happier. it took around 3 weeks to arrive and came 2 days before the birthday it was meant for.
