  Can't fault service or comms from seller. Shoes are beautiful but unfortunately impossible to zip up at the back - I am guessing this is may be why they were being sold if seller had same issue. May have to resell or donate them myself if I can't get the leather around the heel to give a bit which will be a shame as they are truly lovely and would go with so much. They are a 7 not a 7.5 - there were mixed messages about this on the listing but I could see the sticker said 7.

  With a bit of manipulation of the back of the shoes, some huffing and puffing and a bit of brute force I have got the zips done up. I'll wear them around the house today with a view to stretching them out so it all loosens up a bit. I'm pleased about this as I must re-iterate how lovely they are.
