Quiet and powerful but....
Incredibly quiet, you can vacuum without waking people. Very powerful suction. I don't think the floor head is too well designed, it seems to stick to and lift the carpet rather than gliding along nicely, I think that part could do with a redesign. Could do with the hose being longer. Otherwise a very good product.
