1 of 1 found this helpful I already like Chucks previous card pack the enlightenment pack, this one also takes me deep to the nitty gritty of understanding myself in the nitty gritty world of our own psychological inner workings as to why we tie ourselves into knots, creating restrictions we dont need, its juicy simple and instructive, passing the onice back to ourselve to reshape our inner world to meet our outer world of responses to ourselves and others. thanks Chuck.

usefull, but a little awkward.
usefull but dont need to use them al the time.
awkward to use as you have to time precisely to for each colour band, to be swift with timer and pen and vision, small print for old people, good luck, but it works.
colour grid can be found online with explanations.
