V. Good hole saw, for the price
I work for a bespoke bedroom and home office company and have been using this for cutting out the holes for desk tidy cable outlets and it works a treat. Used about half a dozen times so far on 28mm worktops and no sign of wear as yet. Would definitely buy again as a replacement in the future.

Good quality pencils
These Bahco pencils are my go-to carpenters pencil. Unlike some cheaper brands, the wood of the pencil is good to sharpen and doesn’t just split or peel away, so you can get a nice point with your knife. Otherwise a fairly standard HB pencil. But a good price point too
