The rangefinder patch had a noticeable vertical misalignment that affects accurate focusing — something the seller did not describe. I had to confirm the issue myself and paid 40 for adjustment. The seller refused to cover or compensate for the repair cost. Disappointing transaction. Wouldn’t buy from this seller again.

The misalignment happened in transit, which is very common: google 'xpan rangefinder alignment' for much evidence At no time did the buyer suggest return or compensation, nor try to negotiate. He then, after 3 weeks silence, paid for 'cleaning', and after I pointed out that it was unnecessary, and showed him the easy alignment procedure, he changed his story to say it was 'adjusted'. The camera was in fact immaculate, as described. I am happy to provide a full copy of all our emails on request.
