Terrible shipping NIGHTMARE

Packing popcorn was shoved into the machine. Used old misc paper, old packing bubble that had no air in them. I was afraid of the garbage he used to pack with. It took me 2 hours to clean the machine. The door to the ink compartment was broken and the tray was cracked. Luckily I had spare parts from my old printer. This was a nightmare.

VERY MESSY TERRIBLE PRODUCT

TERRIBLE PRODUCT!!! NO WARNING ON OUTSIDE OF BOX. Pulled the clear plastic casing that was holding the product and black powder everywhere! Clothes! Counter! Bottle! Everywhere! Does not wash off clothes. BETTER WEAR GLOVES. Container not even full. Only 1/4 of container. Company does not answer calls.
