Actually works

I'm honestly stunned. I took a chance on this because it's cheap. I have extensive scarring that's between 2-6 years old which has healed well and flat but remained very pink. Easy to swallow L-Lysine tablets

These particular L-Lysine tablets are a much easier to swallow shape than ones I've had previously, which is a plus point. Aside from that, I initially started taking L-Lysine alongside iron supplements to help with hair shedding, however I've definitely noticed that I've had markedly fewer cold sore outbreaks since I started taking them too. I've personally never suffered any form of side effect from L-Lysine and I would recommend it.
