Just the job
Great kit, does exactly what it should do. The wiring instructions are not easy for a complete novice. Fortunately I'm not so, once I got my head around it, it was relatively easy and all worked first time.
My torque wrench is not man enough to do up the two big bolts that hold on the actual tow ball to the frame so had to borrow a bigger one. But it was fine for the rest.
There was a couple of small brackets that I didn't bother to fit as they seemed fairly superficial and didn't line up quite right. One of the bolts you can't fit the washer due to the shape of the XTrail's chassis rail.
You will find out just how rusty an XTrail can get when fitting this kit!

Great product
Exactly what I needed to replace the original 16 year old loom and fittings. The screws had rusted so bad I couldn't change the dead bulb.
This item is ,as stated, an OEM part by the looks of it and a perfect fit .
