Life saver
1 of 1 found this helpful This has really worked for me , have many products but this is by far the best , still have the odd hot flush but 100% better than I was experiencing, sleep a lot better too , I wudnt go as far as saying this takes menopause symptoms completely away but it definitely helps you cope with them.
