A must for any discerning Floyd collector.
1 of 1 found this helpful My five star rating is purely for the quality of packaging on these Japanese mini-LP releases, since the audio is the 2011 remaster available elsewhere for less money. If however, you are a bit OCD about your collection, this is the one to get and one you'd want to keep. Would be nice to see an Immersion release for this and Meddle, perhaps with Blu-ray accompanied by full animation.

A collection of the various DSOTM remasters in High Resolution along with some excellent live extras.
There have of course been numerous previous releases of The Dark Side Of The Moon, however you do at least get the best ones here and in High Resolution. Whether you prefer the original, 1994, 2003 or 2011 remasters, they are all here. The highlight for me is the 1974 Live at Wembley recording which includes the whole DSOTM from beginning to end. The quality of the recording is on a par with the very best.
One star removed due to the prevalence of dodgy Blu-ray disks, for which there are no longer any free replacements available. The packaging is of premium quality.

Stunning high resolution renditions of the Wish You Were Here album with some brilliant live extras.
Painful for the Floyd fans who like me probably have every previous release, but this is worth it for the Live at Wembley 1974 disk alone. Amazing quality for a recording that's now 45 years old. What makes the live recording particularly special is the inclusion of two tracks named Raving and Drooling at 12 minutes and You've Got To Be Crazy at 18 minutes. Bear in mind this is 1974 but the tracks in question are indeed excellent early versions of Sheep and Dogs which wouldn't appear on the Animals album for another three years. Wish You Were Here hadn't even been released at this time. The third Wembley track is Shine On You Crazy Diamond which is also excellent. You can get the rest of the Webley show, but alas you will need to buy the DSOTM Immersion Box for that.
Everything excels on this set, just a bit disappointed they couldn't have added some video to go with the Blu-ray High Resolution tracks. Prices are dropping so get yours while you can.
