A Very Satisfactory Purchase
The cordless telephone with answering machine and additional handset is simple to use and has all the features I need. A useful improvement on my previous phone is that stored contacts are automatically replicated on the additional handset. A handy compact User Guide is also included.

A Versatile Alarm Clock Radio
The Pure Siesta Rise S Clock Radio is neat and compact and ideal as a bedside unit. I purchased it principally for the large time display and find the USB charging point a useful feature. I have yet to try the Bluetooth connectivity. The DAB radio is excellent and the sound is good for a small unit. The reason for my 3 star rating relates to my initial difficulty setting up the clock radio as the instructions provided are basic. I already have a Pure Siesta 6 which was much easier to set up. To be specific about this new Siesta Rise S, the display goes dark if I am not very careful when going through the many settings and when that happens I am unable to proceed without a strong light being shone at an angle which just allows me to see faintly the different settings. I would like to hear from others if they have experienced the same problem.
