Disappointed

I was very excited when the maxi glide came in, but it was still about 2 weeks before I got the chance to open and use it. Long story short, ut doesn't steam. Everytime I pushed the button I got a droplet of water the rain down my hand. So basically I have a flat iron with a comb attached.
