Grinder non metallic spacer disintegrated jams grinder.
Because of the extended reach I used this grinder to polish out truck spring bushing ends and spring hanger bores running a flapper wheel to smooth out bores before pressing in new bushings . Not long after starting the project the grinder started to lock up, disassembly and inspection revealed the non metallic spacer used to extend the grinder reach was disintegrating and the bits and pieces were jamming up the rotational part of the grinder the bearings and air motor seemed fine .
