    Just the facts. Ordered a line described as new. Received the item and open it only to find line was not as described. Contacted seller and he offered refund but didn’t want to pay for shipping back to him. I offered to keep the line if he offered a reduced price. He refused. I contacted eBay and got a refund with return shipping. I have all the correspondence that i didn’t post

    Buyer was offered an immediate, full refund, but instead asked for a partial refund, which we do not do, as this is a classic scam. Item was returned and the buyer refunded in full.
