The man we hired to help unpack the slicer was amazed at how well it was packaged. He built the crate, winched the slicer with tie downs, wrapped in heavy plastic. Slicer worked as his video showed, (maybe I can share a video later as we use it) ! Communication with the seller was easy, fast shipping, detailed instructions on how to unpack it. Great product make sure you use gray color gasket silicone sealant I used hondabondht under each bolt and gasket.
