Overall very good
This was a replacement for a 25 year old Dyson.
Pros:
It has terrific suction and therefore removes a lot of dust and fluff from carpets. The carpets do look much fresher.
The crevasse tool is very efficient.
It's very easy to empty the dust cup.
Cons:
It's heavy and cumbersome in use.
The lift away section is awkward to slot back in.
The on /off switch is not as easy to use as it could be.
However overall the vacuum is very good, especially in our larger rooms where there are open areas of carpet for it to run on.

Solid and stable
It is solid and stable.
It is easy to use
No instructions on how to assemble, though very obvious!
Clip to fold too fiddly and sharp metal.
No return address.
Large turning circle needed
Hopeless brakes.
