Really poot charcoal, i didnt realise the difference in quality. This takes ages to start burning and when it does it doesn't last long at all
I would say this is cheap charcoal, that takes a long time to get going and when it does it doesn't last long or seem to get as hot as so.e other restaurant grade charcoal. Don't know why I tried to save some money it's really poor. Do your yourself a favour and buy better quality this is not good at all and now I ahvent two bags of it.
