I HAD NO SIDE EFFECTS FROM THIS PRODUCT AND IT WAS EASY TO TAKE, IT HAD SOME EFFECT BUT NOT WHAT I EXPECTED, MAYBE A HIGHER DOSE WOULD OF BEEN BETTER FOR ME AND AS I AM ON OTHER MEDICATION SO IT WAS HARD TO PINPOINT ITS REAL EFFECT I KNOW THESE SORT OF HERBS WORK BETTER IN CONJUNCTION WITH EACH OTHER.
