I thried msm as the late great James coburn claimed it helped his arthritis. I take this with cod liver oil and it really does appear to help.
Only drawback is it seems to give me a dry mouth in the night because it is sulphur but try it if you have pains on your joints!

Obey the vinny
Another great ambient but more upbeat soundscape from a unique guitarist. Stripped down pared down. Synths and guitars drums instrumental.
A really great record that takes you into another universe. Let's hope Riley gets the recognition his skill and modesty deserves
