Smooth-On - Moldstar 15 Slow Molding Silicone

Smooth On silicone rubber

I have been using this product for the past month, having switched from Alumilite brand's similar pink silicone product. I have no complaints with either, but it is so easy to order the smooth on thru eBay i think I will stick with it. I think you get a little more volume per dollar also. This stuff is simply mixed 50/50 by weight or volume, easy to get the ratio right. Alumilite has a liquid hardener in a small bottle. I find the Smooth-On a little easier to get the correct mix with and it is simple to mix up a partial batch and get it right. The 1/2 dozen small molds I have made so far all came out well and seem to be very durable. Good Stuff!
