Good skillet with very artistic appeal
Beside being a good cast iron skillet, it is almost a piece of arts. Really enjoy cooking with this skillet which worked very well initially with pancakes, and was bit sticky with cooking eggs. Pretty confident the skillet will be less sticky with more cooking to build up the patina. It is very light and is actually a touch smaller than I expect. Due to the structure of the skillet, the cooking surface is relatively smaller compared to other skillet with the similar outside diameter. The handle works well to remain cool during cooking.
